Colour finishes on our sliding doors and bi-folds are powder-coated to ensure a smooth, even and hard-wearing finish. Manufacturers are so confident of the quality of the colour finish that they offer a 25-year guarantee against peeling, powdering, blistering, chalking, fading and loss of sheen. Our suppliers can offer a standard colour range at very competitive rates. As these are the most popular colours requested by customers, they can be manufactured at a special price. They include matte, satin, and gloss finishes in shades of red, blue, green, brown, grey and white.

Colour Performance

Our aluminium folding door products are coated in weather-resistant powder coat paint, baked into the aluminium and built to last. Powder coating is the technique of applying colour as an electrically charged powder baked in an oven at high temperatures. It creates a hard, smooth finish that is much tougher than conventional paint. Other advantages of powder coating are that the materials contain no solvents, the coating can be thicker without running or sagging, and it comes with a wide range of special finishes. Doors in uPVC are also available in a wide range of colours, including textured paint finishes.
